1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To use the pk339 Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pk339 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk339 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised the activity.
• You must notify pk339 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at the email address listed on this site.
• pk339 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pk339 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk339 currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Availability of payment methods may change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your pk339 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit.
• pk339 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Requests may be delayed pending completion of such checks.
• pk339 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• pk339 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

Specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, casino games, and virtual sports are published within the relevant sections of the pk339 platform and shall be read as supplementary to these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the pk339 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• pk339 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, manifest error in odds, or any form of technical malfunction.
• PSL, T20 international, and other cricket betting markets are subject to event-specific settlement rules. Results will be settled based on official scores as determined by the relevant governing body.
• pk339 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual markets, accounts, or across the platform at any time without notice.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant studio provider. pk339 is not responsible for the conduct of third-party live studio staff.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct when using the pk339 platform:

• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pk339 software.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Engaging in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

pk339 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk339 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of pk339 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk339 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any pk339 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk339 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk339 platform.

pk339's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

pk339 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pk339, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
